Enough space for two families and lots of fun for everyone! 4 bedrooms , each with an ensuite full bathroom, pool table, poker table and bar area. Great outdoor space with a private above-ground pool, spa and sauna, large deck with outdoor dining and BBQ. Guests also have access to Fiddler Lake's amenities: lake, indoor & outdoor pools, skating, tennis, playground, basketball & more! (Available seasonally) The space Private 21ft outdoor above ground pool – available seasonally - with surrounding deck. Spa and Sauna available all year round. Guest access Access to all the amenities at Fiddler Lake.: The lake and the boats usually available starting May long weekend (weather permitting) until the Thanksgiving weekend. Outdoor pool opens in mid-June and closes mid-September. The rest of activities will go on until weather permits (tennis, pickle ball etc.) The outdoor skating rink will be open as soon as weather permits, as well as the sledding hill (sleds not provided). Other things to note - EV charger included. - Washer and dryer in the chalet. - Hand soap is provided in the bathrooms, but not shower gel or shampoo. - Sofa bed in basement. - *25years old and older; there will be a mandatory rental agreement to sign. - * The top of the bunk bed is for children over 6yrs old, up until 100lbs.
