Portion of a villa with a large garden. The accommodation is independent and has a separate entrance from the property. It is immersed in the pine forest 500 meters from the sea. It can accommodate 4 people in the bedroom with a bathroom and in the 2 single beds in the living area. Outside there are 2 large tables where you can dine outdoors and a shower to cool off when you return from the beach. In the room there is a double bed and a equipped walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. It can accommodate 2 more people in the 2 single beds in the living area. In the case of a fourth person, keep in mind that the apartment is small and therefore could be uncomfortable. The brand new kitchen is visible and has an induction hob. Linen and household cleaning products are provided. The entire back garden that you see in the pictures and the large solarium on the roof terrace are for the exclusive use of guests. A beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs are available for guests. The house is immersed in the pine forest and very close to the fine sandy beach, which can be reached on foot in 5/10 minutes. Principina a Mare is also known for the beach of the huts and the Uccellina Natural Park, the latter can be reached by car or by trekking on foot or by bicycle. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the large backyard and rooftop terrace. The garden is also inhabited by a friendly and sociable cat. Other things to note Upon arrival, a copy of a government-issued ID will be required for communication to the competent authorities.
