As you arrive to Beach Star Villa you will find plenty of parking for you and your family. The carport can be used as sheltered convenience for a vehicle, or it can be the perfect covered hang out spot for you and your family. You can comfortably let your kids run around the yard at this wonderful property without any worries.  The owner's have made sure to provide plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach wagon and more, located in the carport storage! Sleeping Arrangements | 3 Bedrooms:       1. California King      2. Queen      3. Bunkbed (Twin/Full) & Foldaway Twin Sleeps: 8 guests max (if found to have over 8 guests, we will charge a $100 per person fee for each person over the maximum allowed) The owner's have made sure to provide plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach wagon, shades and more, located in the carport storage! There are 2 outdoor security cameras, located on the front and back deck. These are only utilized for security purposes when the house is not booked for guests. Upon arrival, beds will already be made with freshly cleaned sheets and towels sets folded and ready for your stay. Door Codes: Personalized door codes will be sent the morning of check-in through text & email - please make sure you have updated/correct contact information upon booking. Early Check-in/Late Check-Out: Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance during the busy season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) We can let you know if early check in or late check out will be available.
