A semi detatched 1930s redbrick. It's in an accessible and picturesque suburban location. My area boasts amenities like a beautiful river walk along the river dodder (conveniently located behind our house), the campus of UCD with its many facilities including a gym, Olympic pool and extensive woodland trails (great for walks!!!). There are also bus stops (no 11) at the end of our road straight into the city centre and a LUAS (Dublin's tram system) stop a 10 minute walk away (Milltown stop). The space Our space is a functional, unique space which boasts a large back garden with a trampoline and a cooking apple tree. We are currently installing a new kitchen and two new bathrooms. Guest access Guests will be able to access all of the rooms in this house (kitchen, laundry room, bedrooms etc.) Other things to note A thing to note is the river dodder which runs behind our house it is a great place for walks and there are many benches to rest on.
