Leclerc Pineuilh and take a taxi there ( 30 minutes ) which is a lot cheaper. You could take a train from Bergerac and the station is 10 minutes walk from the house in Ste Foy La Grande. We like to take the overnight ferry crossing Portsmouth to St Malo and drive down taking about 7 or 8 hours arriving about 5:00pm. The house is about 100 meters from the river Dordogne. 15 minutes walk to the beach 20 minute drive to Lac de Gurzan water sports. 30 minutes from Lac de Pombonne nr Bergerac.
