Access to the apartment is directly from the terrace, introducing guests into a spacious and evocative living room characterised by typical vaulted ceilings. This refined and functional space also includes a sofa bed. From the living room you move into the independent kitchen, perfectly equipped for every culinary need and fitted with an induction hob and everything necessary to prepare meals in complete autonomy. Serving the living area is a first complete bathroom with shower and a practical washing machine. A door separates the living room from the sleeping area, which also boasts a second independent access directly from the external terrace. The master bedroom, furnished in a fresh and elegant nautical style, features a king-size wrought iron bed and a refined private en-suite bathroom, equipped with a spacious walk-in shower.
