Peace and quiet, with a fireplace in the coolness of the Serra.

Our house is in a noble and quiet neighborhood of Friburgo and, because it is a residential and quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties, loud music or karaoke. A barbecue with ambient music is welcome. We have many elderly and military neighbors and we don't want to bother them. We need to be empathetic to others. Thank you for understanding! The space The house has a large space with a covered carramanchão with beautiful Judas slipper flowers and fruit trees. The grounds are completely enclosed, so guests can let their pets loose without the risk of them escaping. Guest access The house has two entrances (Beethoven Street and Vagner Street), the latter being the most used because it has an electronic gate and a covered garage. Other things to note We have a horizontal freezer available to the guest. The bathroom heater may trip if two or more showers are running simultaneously.
