First Floor: • 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, closet, tallboy dresser, and bedside table. • 1 fully equipped bathroom, with a full bath/shower, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. • Spacious sitting area with pull out double sofa. Second Floor: • Master bedroom with king sized bed, tall boy dresser, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom contains a full shower/bath . • Half bath off a large living room area. • Fully functional kitchen and dining area. • Large balcony to enjoy the ocean views. Other details: • Wifi included. • Each cottage contains 3 heat pumps with air conditioning capability for your comfort (one in the main living area of each floor and one in the master bedroom). • A barbeque and outdoor furniture will be provided. This property is located 20-25 minutes from Charlottetown, 15 minutes from the Links at Crowbush Cove, and 20 minutes from Morell PEI. Please note, as these cottages are brand new, we are currently in the process of decorating and completing finishing details.
