The lodge is also step-free throughout, making it a great option for guests with reduced mobility. The spacious open-plan living area is filled with natural light thanks to full-height windows and sliding glass doors that lead out onto a private, enclosed decking area. Outside, you’ll find comfortable seating where you can relax by the water and watch the local wildlife. Inside, the contemporary interiors are warm and welcoming, featuring a cosy log-burning stove, comfy sofas, a Smart TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth sound system – perfect for a relaxing night in. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all the essentials you’ll need. There’s also a utility room with washing facilities, making longer stays easy and convenient. As part of your stay, you’ll receive high-quality bed linen, towels, toiletries, a starter pack, and a locally sourced welcome hamper. Lola sleeps up to four guests across two beautifully designed bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed that can be set up as twins on request. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, while the second bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. Interior designer Rosie Mennam has created a modern yet cosy atmosphere, blending Scandinavian style with upcycled dark wood furniture and soft, neutral tones throughout. This south-facing lodge enjoys sunlight for most of the day and overlooks the quieter West lake. Lola is one of our pet-free properties and includes free Wi-Fi, private parking, and easy step-free access for wheelchairs or anyone needing accessible accommodation. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. You can enjoy a seamless arrival experience with self-check-in starting at 4 PM on the day of their arrival, using our convenient key safe. This allows you to settle in at your leisure and begin your stay without any hassle. Guests also have access to the on-site facilities such as the tennis courts, bike rentals and boules.
