The space Welcome to El Asudio! A house located in a prime location a few meters from downtown Loredo and 800 meters from the beach. The house has two floors. The first floor is distributed in 3 large bedrooms (all with double beds), a bathroom with a shower (includes a hairdryer and washing machine), a kitchen and a living/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped; kitchenware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender etc. On the second floor there is a living room, a second bathroom with a bathtub and 2 attic bedrooms with 2 double beds the first and 2 single beds the second. The extensive property is fully fenced for comfort and safety. Services included (Maximum 1 change): - Towels: changed every 4 days. - Bed linen: changed every 7 days. Optional services: - Cot/Cot: price: €8/night.
