The interior is decorated with a white color palette, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. The use of natural wood elements throughout the house adds warmth and a rustic touch. Behind the house you will find a short walk to the beach that in about an 8-minute walk you will be there. The house includes a large outdoor living room to rest with a swimming pool and a barbecue area with many cozy sofas, perfect for enjoying the beach lifestyle and being surrounded by nature and feeling the dry tropical climate of our Pacific coast The kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open concept, a contemporary design that effortlessly blends these spaces making them more functional, thus creating a fluid and sociable living experience. The entire area is flooded with natural light, thanks to the abundance of large windows and glass doors, which offer picturesque outdoor views. The fully-equipped kitchen is completed with a dining table for eight people. An island with capacity for four additional people, it offers ample space to share with others while preparing meals. The first living room, with cable TV, offers access to the outside of the house, where you will find the barbecue area and a refreshing swimming pool. A second living room, also with TV, is located near the master bedroom. The stairs in this area lead to the second floor. Both living rooms have central air conditioning for maximum comfort. The FIRST FLOOR has three bedrooms, offering comfortable lodging options for guests. *The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress and a single mattress. It comes with a private bathroom and is equipped with a mini-split air conditioning system for climate control. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm for breakfast and lunch, and Friday and Saturday it closes at 9 pm and serves dinner.
