Welcome home to Roggle Roich. Just a few metres away from the beach Roggle Roich offers comfortable, welcoming accommodation with unparalleled views over the Moray Firth and to the Cairngorms beyond. Dolphins and Porpoises are frequent visitors to the Firth and are often spotted from Roggle Roich which is located located in an unspoilt corner of Scotland detached from the hussle and bustle of modern life. STHL licence number: HI-20107-F EPC rating: E The space Roggle Roich is a traditional cottage that many years ago served as the village Inn, where travellers would stop after walking to or from the next village, Rockfield. After almost 70 years it has been lovingly and comprehensively refurbished to provide modern comforts within the original fabric of the building. Roggle Roich comprises of: -A living room with log burner, television with SKY TV (please note we don't provide sports or movie channels), netflix, iplayer etc. -A sun room with exceptional views, mini library and radio - Modern Kitchen with electric range, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, fridge and freezer - Utility room with washing machine & dryer - Luxury bathroom with double ended bathtub and waterfall shower Upstairs there are three bedrooms: - 1 King room - 1 Double room - 1 Twin Room Outdoor spaces: -Front garden with views to the sea & patio area -"Beach garden" - a seperate garden opposite the front garden directly on the beach (at high tide you can almost touch the waves) with dedicated seating area and firepit - Enclosed back garden with outdoor dining area. Please note that a small burn runs though the gardens. Whilst we have made every effort to secure this in the back garden please do ask if you have any concerns. Both children and dogs are very welcome, however we are unable to provide high chairs or travel cots. We aim to provide modern comforts within the historical fabric of the building, however there are some low ceilings and steep stairs, if you are worried if this would be an issue for you please contact us before booking. Other things to note Total maximum occupancy is 6. CCTV is present at the exterior of the property, covering the front doorway, driveway, back garden (excluding dining area), beach garden and side path.
