Located in the beautiful, private resort community called Sunset Island, our large condo was fully renovated in 2024, with additional renovations done in 2025 including A BRAND NEW SHIPLAP FIREPLACE, PLUS GORGEOUS QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS IN BOTH BATHROOMS! Previous renovations included new flooring throughout, new granite countertops & tiled backsplash, a new island and farmhouse sink, all new stainless steel appliances and a stainless steel hood, fresh paint throughout and new furniture including all new beds and mattresses, new shower enclosure, new lighting, new window treatments, new balcony furniture, etc.! It's STUNNING! We are now suppling 8 beach chairs for guest use. Chairs are the low to the sand style, so if you require a different style of beach chair we recommend you bring or rent your own. Chairs are stored in our garage storage closet which you will have access to for your stay (you can also store any other beach items you have in the same closet for the duration of your stay). Sunset Island is a guarded community making it safe and giving you peace of mind on your vacation! It also boasts a mile of private walking trails that ring the perimeter of Sunset Island all along the bay including a boardwalk that runs along the canal on the South side. They're perfect for a relaxing evening stroll while admiring Sunset Island's gorgeous sunsets, or your morning run or power walk! Bedrooms: The primary bedroom is a large master suite with direct access to the deck, a king-size bed, and a large bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with a large closet, and bedroom #3 has two full beds and another large closet. Both bedrooms #2 and #3 are conveniently located close to the main bath which features a shower and tub. All three bedrooms have SmartTV's. Both bathrooms have toilet paper, hairdryers, bathmats and hand soap. There is also Q-tips and cottonballs and papercups in the master bath. The dining table easily seats 8, and the large, brand new redesigned kitchen island will seat 4. You'll find a large smart TV in the living room. Sign into your favorite TV apps (don't forget to sign out before you check out) or bring your own Roku or fire stick to plug directly into the TVs. The living room also opens out to a large private balcony that overlooks a pond with fountains. The balcony has multiple sitting areas with cushioned furniture and a table that seats four. The condo is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible from the garage by both elevator and stairs. Luggage carts are available in the garage area making it super easy to transport all your belongings from your vehicle upon arrival/departure (also great for hauling in your groceries, or all your goodies from your trip to the outlets)! Sunset Island Resort Registration Fee is required for your reservation when booking (the $90 Resort Fee) and covers Sunset Island's unparalleled amenities. This provides you with up to 6 passes for: The outside pool with bar service and the heated indoor pool (no pool passes are needed for ages 3 & under), access to the Club House, 2 parking passes** (one in a covered garage), gym passes for access to the state of the art gym, access to 3 private bayside beaches, a mile of private walking/jogging trails, and access to the fishing/crabbing pier. **Additional facility passes are $70 per pass for the length of your stay (or $25 for a day pass) and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. (Note: during the summer months additional parking passes are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.) Parking is for two vehicles and provides you one assigned spot in the garage under the building, and one spot (non-assigned) in the crushed clamshell parking areas along the community street. There is additional free street parking on 67th street. We do not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school or college groups, no Bachelor/Bachelorette groups. Plus guests will have two parking spots and access to both the heated indoor and outdoor pools (outdoor pool only open from end of May through beginning of Sept), state of the art gym, walking trails, private Sunset Island beaches, etc. Upon arrival guests can pick up their parking passes and facility passes at the community office located in the Club House (by the pool) at 1 Beach Side Drive. Other things to note Our building is conveniently located on the Southeast side of Sunset Island so you'll be a quick walk up to the ocean, and a quick walk over to pools and the private Sunset Island bayside beaches! It's the best of both worlds! The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, the indoor pool is open year-round and is heated in the cool months. The state of the art gym is also open year-round. Plus we're within walking distance of Longboard Cafe, The Sky Bar, The Border Bar, A Taste of Italy, The General's Kitchen and Route 66 Diner (all open year-round), as well as Sweet Frog, Mioni's Pizza, Ron Jon's, Indoor & Outdoor Mini Golf, and a convenient liquor store. Our condo is beautifully situated at the head of the Sunset Island lake so it has gorgeous views of the lake and it's fountains. The fountains are lit with multi-color lights at night so you have a light show every evening from the privacy of your deck! Grab a cocktail, sit back, and watch the light show! It attracts all sorts of birds so it's great for bird watchers. There is also an interactive fountain feature at the lake that children love and is easily accessible from our building! Guests will need to bring: - Sheet sets for beds - bath towels (Or guests can easily make their own arrangements to have sheets and towels delivered from a local rental service. Host can provide contact information for rental services if requested.) Hosts provide: Mattress pads, bedspreads, pillows, extra blankets (NO sheets or bath towels), paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins), hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs.
