The space The villa consists of 2 flats : GROUND FLOOR FLAT 2 master bedrooms, cool all day long 1 fitted kitchen 1 small living room 1 large terrace, directly overlooking the pool 1 laundry room with washing machine accessible from outside 1ST FLOOR FLAT 1 master bedroom, with large bay window 1 fitted kitchen 1 small living room with sofa bed (for 1 child) 2 large terraces, 1 with ocean view Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided for each bedroom and kitchen. The villa is equipped with : Barbecue Plancha à gaz 1 large swimming pool, with night light Inflatable pool chair and balloon Sunbathing area Hammock 1 dart board Board games Monocular 2 pairs of diving fins + 1 snorkel Ladder ball 2 yoga mat The garden is equipped with: 3-hole golf course + clubs and balls Badminton court Guest access Access to the property is via 2 key boxes: one for the ground floor, the other for the first floor. Please lock them when you leave. Access to apartment #2 is via an external staircase. During your stay, you have access to the entire property and can use all its services. We ask you to use all facilities with respect. On the side of the house is the laundry room (right door): washing machine with free access + laundry detergent. Other things to note > No need for a 4x4 vehicle to access the property. > The villa accepts only those persons included in the reservation. We do not allow other people on the property. > Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the accommodation. > Power cuts are a regular occurrence in Panama. As these power cuts are beyond our control, we will not make any refunds as a result. The villa has a fuel generator that can be started up for your stay and will kick in automatically during a power outage. Please note that it will start up regardless of the duration of the power outage and regardless of the time of day. We have an elevated water tank and a gas boiler that enables us to ensure continuity of service for (hot) water. > The B'ZEN agency changes the bed linen and towels, empties the garbage cans and sweeps the floors every 7 days. > Cleaning B'ZEN will take care of the cleaning on your departure. However, we ask you to : - wash dishes as and when you use them, - pick up any crumbs or earth that has fallen to the ground with the shovel/sweeper provided - sort and dispose of your garbage in the sorting bin at the side of the property.
