This modern and luxurious apartment is located on the ground floor and features an enormous private garden, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dinners, sunbathing and family activities. It has an open-plan design kitchen and living room with a large comfortable corner sofa, armchair, Tv, dining table, kitchen island and large sliding glass doors that open onto the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two large single beds, both with built-in wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. Two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and both with spacious walk-in showers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi. We provide all bedding and towels. There are two parking spaces in the garage for guests and a lift in the building. This is a closed community with two incredible pool areas and gardens, next to the five-star Hilton hotel in Higueron Reserve with a very popular sports club and a Spa. Here you will also find several good restaurants. Easy access to the motorway with just 15 minutes to the airport. The train station in Carvajal is just a few minutes by car and from here you can take the train to Málaga centre, Fuengirola and the airport every 20 minutes. **Please note that the Higueron Urbanisation is a large urbanisation that is still under construction in some parts.
