The ground floor boasts an expansive Bulthaup kitchen, complete with Miele appliances, a Gaggenau induction cooktop and convenient breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Adjacent, you'll find a more formal dining area with leather banquette seating situated next to the glowing Spiral Wine Cellar, making the ideal feature point for shared meals or evenings in. Ascend to the first floor to discover the serene super king bedroom with Feather and Black Cashmere mattress and its en-suite, offering a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights. Another king bedroom awaits with Sealy Posturepedic mattress, complete with an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy. Both bedrooms feature fully equipped floor to ceiling wardrobes with ample storage. A well-appointed office/study also awaits, equipped with a 27” Mac computer, keyboard, mouse and printer/scanner - there is also a Bose surround sound system; ideal for those working remotely. For additional sleeping arrangements, head up to the second floor loft where two charming single bedrooms await. A central games/TV/play/study area beckons, equipped with a PS4 and Nintendo Switch (both with multiple games and controllers available), promising endless entertainment for all ages. Outside, the large kitchen opens onto a quaint and fully enclosed South facing garden equipped with modern outdoor furniture, Webber charcoal barbecue and plush artificial turf, providing a private space to soak up the sun, or enjoy alfresco dining during warmer months. Guest access Make yourself at home! You'll have full access to the entire flat, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
