Description
Stylish and peaceful oasis close to the sea in fantastic hiking area with all amenities, large garden, good parking and short way to "everything". Get up and grab your morning coffee while enjoying the morning sun through the trees. Make lunch for the family and serve it on the terrace. During the day you go on a bathing trip, fish, visit Kongeparken or Prekestolen. While cooking dinner from the catch, the kids play in the play huts, on the trampoline or in the woods. Then you sit on the couch and watch the sunset go down into the sea. The space The property has a large garden and has direct access to outland. Right as it is, deer graze on the lawn or fall fruit in the fall. Here there is a playhouse in the garden, trampoline a little tucked away and its own terrace in the trees behind the house with the best view for the children's own picnic. The berry bushes are for free use by those who are here in the season - as are both the plum tree and the apple tree. Neighbors you see little - even if they are close by. This is a cottage with the same comfort level as a normal house in the city. Public water and drainage, regular connection to the grid, heat pump and internet over fiber. The mobile coverage in the cabin is full 5G - so you have to turn off your mobile for be without coverage. Sorry. The parking lot also has no problems for 5-6 cars, which is completely unique in the area. Guest access The guests have access to the whole cabin, and the whole property, alone. Other things to note There are several hikes in the area where you can go straight from the cabin. -The corner (160 meters above sea level) is the closest and gives a lovely view of the local area. Here you'll quickly jump up in an hour -Ørnahammeren (270 meters above sea level) is the next summit tour. This is a lovely hike through varied terrain and mixed forest. One batch is steep, but we meet people from all generations there. Until the steep party and a slightly different way back home is a nice tour of about an hour when you want some self time. -Vårlivarden (390 meters above sea level) is the long day hike up to a peak overlooking the entire north spring. From forest terrain to bare mountains. From sea to sky. With a small drive, the whole lutsi movement opens up for flat nice day trips and mushroom hikes if it's the season. In summertime, the Pulpit Rock is a nice day trip. The same is flørli in the lysfjord if you want to get up early and take the tourist ferry from Høle. Both trips are lovely fjord safari trips to experience the Norwegian fjords in the best way possible. On rainy days there is a Cinema and cafe in Sandnes and shopping at Kvadrat a 20 minute van ride away. For families, the carousels in Kongeparken are easily accessible, preferably combined with some shopping at Norwegian Outlet right next door.
