Dream Caribbean on the water

Spacious studio for 2 people on the beach facing the Caribbean Sea, private patio terrace, exceptional view, swimming pool, tennis, secure parking, close to good restaurants, small supermarket, bakery, medical center, water sports, laundry, gas station, pharmacy, hairdresser... This accommodation is equipped with a water purification system that is 100% PURE for consumption. I'm happy to share my little slice of heaven with you! The space The studio is located on the 1st and top floor. A main room with king size bed, TV (over 20,000 international channels), desk, equipped kitchenette, then a separate bathroom as well as a separate toilet. You will have access through the main room to a terrace equipped with a dining area, sofa and sun loungers. The accommodation is built on the beach where you will be lulled by the sound of waves. A few minutes' walk to all amenities (supermarket, hairdresser, laundry, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, doctor, caterer….) A little piece of heaven under coconut trees between the sea and the lagoon! Guest access After you make your reservation, I will send you all the access instructions depending on whether you are arriving from Juliana Airport or Grand Case Airport. Videos will be provided after booking. If you would like to rent a car, I will provide you with a rental agency a 3-minute walk from the accommodation that will pick you up at the airport. Entry will be through a key box outside the accommodation. All detailed instructions will be communicated to you. A welcome booklet will share the best spots on the island and our little restaurant-bar tips on the island! You can pay in euros and dollars on the island, and be careful, the current intensity is 220v French side so don't forget your adapters to recharge your computers, phones and others… a good sunscreen SPF 50 is also recommended here!! Other things to note Very quiet, 4 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, 5 minutes from Marigot and 15 minutes from Maho. This is the perfect place to recharge your batteries! 100% pure tap water due to the most advanced filtration system on the market to date… no need to carry the many water packs because the water in the network is desalinated and therefore not drinkable on our island 💧💧💦
