Inside, you'll discover a snug woodburner, dining table, comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for a self-catered stay. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The cottage can host up to four guests across two king size bedrooms, which can be split into singles on request, complemented by a bathroom featuring a shower, Wc, and basin. Parking is included for one vehicle, there is a small outdoor space with bench and Bbq ideal for summer months. Guests also have use of complimentary Wi-Fi and Smart Tv during their stay. For local amenities the property is a short 10 min drive to the historical slate mining town Blaenau Ffestiniog and only 10 mins from the very popular village of Betws-y-Coed. There are many beautiful walks within a short distance of Bwthyn Siabod, you can follow the pathways along the river Afon LLedr, 50 metres away from the house, all the way to Betws-y-Coed. Opposite the house, taking the fire-track up to the Cwm, you have lovely forest walks, waterfalls and scenic views across the valley to Conwy.
