The property is in the perfect location for the whole of Merseyside including Liverpool, and also benefits from free high speed Wi-Fi and ample parking. The space When entering the property, you step into a hallway with a modern control panel that operates electronics and gadgets throughout the apartment. The first room on your right is the master bedroom, which contains a king-size bed, storage space and a desk. Modern décor and furnishings complete the room and it also has a small en-suite, which contains a toilet and sink. There is a large main bathroom containing a lovely walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and an impressive mirror framed by coloured LED lights. The bathroom also has coloured LEDs built into the ceiling. The second bedroom is at the end of the property and features two single beds, these can be pushed together if you wish. There is also ample storage space for your belongings. Modern décor and furnishings complete the room. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen is stunning! There are dining chairs and a table for you to eat at. There is a fully stocked kitchen including cutlery and cookware, so that you're able to prepare meals. The kitchen also contains a microwave, hob and oven, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, side tables and a Smart-TV.
