The space Fully private, new, one-bedroom basement suite with private entrance, kitchenette, living area with queen sofa sleeper, full-sized laundry, and bath. Professionally cleaned with unscented, natural cleaning products. Accommodates up to 4 guests. Guest access As a guest of Riverside Suite you will have full, private access to the entire guest suite of this home which includes a full-sized, in-suite washer/dryer. Your keyless entry code, which will be provided before you arrive, will allow you to settle in any time after 4 p.m. that best suits your travel schedule. Earlier check-ins can be accommodated on request most days. Should you arrive after dark, a motion detection light will guide your way down the walkway on the left of the home to your own entrance. The landing area inside the door has a mat for your footwear and hooks for outerwear, so just kick off your shoes, hang up your jackets, and follow the stairs down to your getaway!
