The best location for a stay in York? We certainly think so! A 5-min walk from York Racecourse and a 10-min walk from Bishopthorpe Road's shops, cafes, and restaurants. The city centre and train station are also only 20 mins away on foot. Our place comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. We have a south facing yard complete with a cosy corner sofa - perfect for drinks in the sun! Our open-plan living area even has a wood burner for those cosy cold nights. Enjoy your stay!. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is a highlight, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, and a dining table that comfortably seats six. Upstairs, you'll find three well-appointed and tastefully designed bedrooms, each offering a restful retreat. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. FAMILY FACILITIES A travel cot and high chair is provided. Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out. Please can guests bring their own cot bedding. ADDITIONAL We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbours by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm.
