Welcome to Katy's cozy one bedroom basement suite!This is a private one bedroom basement suite located in a lower level of a bungalow. You have your own full bathroom,kitchennet( there is no water running in the kitchennet),living room,dining area and TV with chrom cast. You have your own fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster in the kitchenet. For cooking or washing dishes you need to use the shared kitchen located upstairs. There is a shared entrance to the basement. Enjoy your stay The space This is a one-bedroom basement suite inside a bungalow house, includes 2 queen beds and one single bed Guest access Patio and BBQ, shared kitchen. During your stay Katy and her husband live on the property and are always available to help you. If they were not at home just send them a message on airbnb or call them they will get back to you ASAP. Other things to note There might be other guests in the upstairs bedroom. The place is 2 minutes walk to bus stop. and 10 minutes drive to shopping plazas. If you need help to get somewhere please let Katy or her husband know, and they can help you with the direction.
