Entire townhouse for up to 8 people in a cozy and safe condominium in a great location in Caraguatatuba! 5-minute walk to Prainha Beach, 10-minute walk to Martim de Sá Beach and 5-minute drive to the city center. The house is airy, equipped with a private barbecue, ceiling fan, TV, balcony, kitchen with basic utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave and water filter. The condominium offers Wi-Fi, swimming pool, outdoor shower, leisure area and 1 parking space. We'd love to have you! :) The space SECURITY: The condominium, even though located in a quiet neighborhood, has an electric fence and cameras throughout, so rest assured because you will be safe! Even so, we ask that when you leave and before you sleep, always remember to lock the doors. CHILDREN: The stairs leading to the first floor of the house are a little high, so we ask that you pay attention to the children. However, for the safety of your family, at the top of the stairs there is a wooden grid that, when closed, prevents a possible accident. The first-floor window and balcony are not equipped with protective screens, so we also ask you to pay attention once again. It is important to mention that my niece has lived in this house since she was a baby and we have never had any kind of accident, so children are very welcome! SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool, as per the condominium's rules, is allowed until 10 p.m., after which time the swimming pool cannot be used. As can be seen in the photo, the pool is surrounded by a glass protection that prevents children from accessing it without parental permission. Guest access In the condominium, the guest can use the swimming pool, shower, 1 parking space and leisure area. The house has a barbecue in the outdoor area that is also available to guests. Other things to note Unfortunately, we cannot receive your pet. :( Although we love pets, the condominium is very strict about the presence of animals, so we prefer to avoid problems. We ask for your understanding! We do not provide bed linen, pillows, bath towels, hygiene items, or cleaning.
