The elegant Georgian property, newly renovated, is arranged over three floors: • The top two suites, located on the third floor and accessed by stairs, are decorated in a modern style and are large and bright, with spacious ensuite. They have lower ceilings. o Clyde has a Kingsize bed and a bay window with great views to the hills, a small sofa bed that can be made up for an extra guest and sitting area. o Fergus has a large ensuite with bath and shower and a Super King bed, black out blinds and double aspect views to Auchterarder and to the hills in the North. • The middle floor has four Georgian-style bedrooms, each with the original coving, traditional panelling, plush beds, high ceilings, modern ensuites, and lots of light. o Flora, the largest suite, has two traditional large windows, a king-size bed and sofa bed, a seating area. o Douglas nearly matches the size of Flora with wall lights at the side of the bed, vertical radiators, a seating area and a bright ensuite. o Hamish is regular hotel room size with a king-size bed, plenty of space and light and situated to the back of the property, so extra quite and it benefits from an airy ensuite. o Maisie is cosy, private and chic, with a double bed, a large window looking North to Crieff and a modern ensuite. It's also at the back of the property. • The Ground Floor has three newly renovated Georgian-styled bedrooms, each with the original coving, traditional panelling, plush beds, high ceilings, brand-new ensuites and lots of charm. These bedrooms are particularly suitable for guests who prefer not to use stairs. o Blair, is our largest suite with a more significant ensuite and high ceilings, two large windows and lots of space. With a Super king-size bed, seating area and elegant interior, you’ll feel like lord or lady of the manor. o Gordon, is a large suite with a brand-new private ensuite and beautiful interior to match the period of the house. You will have a cosy and relaxing stay with a king-size bed and all the ApartNest amenities. o Mac is more suitable for one guest sleeping on the small Double bed, but two are welcome. It has a newly decorated ensuite, the features of the larger Georgian suites, and tea and coffee amenities. It is a little short on space, but the ‘Snug’ seating area is located just next door. All rooms have use of the 'Snug', a cosy room that seats 6 comfortably, has games and a TV. Guest access Access is through a Pin Code allocated to you on Booking. This Pin code will work through the duration of your stay and open all of the doors in the property. Access to the property is through the main front door and traditional vestibule. There are three rooms on the ground floor with no stairs for access. Other things to note -
