The space At the apartment complex, the unit provides our guests with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, spacious living area with a flat-screen TV, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, comfortable bedroom and a range of modern comforts including free WiFi and Netflix. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. The apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Other things to note Check- in instructions - Our check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before your stay, providing all requirements have been met, especially ID and deposit. Same-day bookings- Though we do welcome same-day bookings, to ensure we can properly arrange housekeeping and meet check-in requirements, we need at least one day's notice for bookings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a 3 pm check-in for last-minute bookings, especially if there are departing guests. Guests with advance reservations are prioritised for check-in over last-minute bookings. Early check-in requests - We strongly advise aiming for a check-in time of 3 pm. We will notify you once your accommodation is ready for your arrival. Should you need earlier access, you have the option to book the preceding night, subject to availability. While we endeavour to accommodate early-check requests, please be aware that, unlike hotels, we do not have additional rooms available. Therefore, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team will require sufficient time to prepare the accommodation. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. Additionally, if you wish to request an early check-in with an associated fee, please feel free to send us a message, and we will do our best to arrange it for you. Late check-in requests - Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it may be feasible to arrange a later check-out time. Please contact us before 6 pm on the day before your departure to inquire about the possibility of extending your stay. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if you require a check-out time after 1 pm, an additional night's fee will apply, and this must be settled through the Airbnb Resolution Center, or in contact with us. The payment should be processed on the evening before your departure; otherwise, housekeeping will proceed with the standard check-out time of 10 am. Additionally, if you wish to request a late check-out with an associated fee, please feel free to send us a message, and we will endeavour to make arrangements for you. Starter supplies - To set realistic expectations, we provide essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary items include a welcome toiletries pack, tea bags, dishwasher tabs, instant coffee, some beverages and a few other essentials. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay but are provided to save you from needing to rush to the supermarket as soon as you arrive. If you would like to request Mid-stay services at any time during your stay, please let us know. Mid stay services are of course chargeable. Washing machines are supplied and clothes dryers for you to clean during your stay. Travel cot and high chair - Please note that a cot and high chair may not be available for this property. However, please send us a message to check availability, and we will confirm if these items can be provided. We charge an additional £15 for this service. For ease, please plan to bring your own if possible. For safety and hygiene reasons, we don't supply linens or mattresses for the travel cot. This is because the detergents used by large commercial laundries to clean these items can be harsh on sensitive baby skin. You should use fabrics, linens, and mattresses that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions. However, the cots do come with a padded mat for the base.
