GROUND FLOOR You enter the villa on ground floor, where you'll find the hall and garage for one car. Spacious living room with a dining area, cozy seating, and TV with Chromecast. Access to a balcony with an outdoor dining table – enjoy spectacular sea views from nearly every corner of the house! Fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. Guest toilet conveniently located next to the kitchen.
