This remarkable property was primarily built in the mid-18th century, although it has earlier roots, and is situated in a commanding location atop Aggs Hill. As you enter the estate through the sweeping drive, guests enjoy this breath-taking panoramic views over its own beautiful parkland grounds, of Cheltenham to the Malvern Hills and the Black Mountains of Wales. The Georgian architecture of this house is known for its inviting and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal entertaining space. On either side of the staircase, you will find the drawing room and dining room, both exuding elegance and the high ceilings filled with natural light. The billiard room and family room, although smaller, offer a more intimate atmosphere. The drawing room is a marvellously elegant space, illuminated by its south-facing sash windows and a French window that opens onto the terrace and gardens to the south. Adjacent to the reception hall, the study/library is a cosy room of more intimate dimensions. It offers a fireplace and fitted bookshelves, providing a tranquil space for reading and study.
