Two of them have direct access to a charming private courtyard in Andalusian style, perfect for enjoying the tranquility outdoors. On this same floor, there is a spacious bathroom with shower. On the first floor, the house surprises with a large open living room-kitchen space with spectacular views of the garden and the valley. The fully equipped, rustic-style kitchen is integrated with the dining area and a cozy living room with a cast iron fireplace, A/C, a full bathroom and direct access to the outside. The exterior is one of the house's great highlights: a magnificent garden with a terrace, a pool, and views of the mountains that invites you to disconnect and enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends in a privileged setting. Upstairs is a beautiful bedroom or studio with large windows and open views of the garden, mountains and valley.
