Freshly furnished and fully equipped for a comfortable and convenient coastal getaway, this is the ideal spot for your next holiday. The space Step inside this deceptively spacious home, thoughtfully designed for families or groups of up to six. The separate lounge and large kitchen-diner provide ample room for everyone to relax and connect. Living Room: Unwind on one of the two plush blue velvet sofas and enjoy a movie on the large-screen TV. For some family fun, a Wii console is also provided. This room opens directly onto your private courtyard area. Kitchen & Dining: The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. You'll find a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, and an under-counter fridge with an ice box. The dining table seats six, with room for a high chair, and children's dinnerware is also available. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms: Main Bedroom: Features a double bed, a dressing table, TV, and a private ensuite shower room. Second Bedroom: A flexible room with a day bed that can be set up as a single or extended into a king-size bed Third Bedroom: A spacious twin room with a wardrobe and bedside tables. Family Bathroom: Includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, perfect for a relaxing soak. For Our Youngest Guests: We provide a travel cot and high chair as well as a selection of children's books and toys to make them feel right at home. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire house, including the private courtyard with seating and a BBQ. In addition, you will enjoy access to the fantastic shared community facilities, which include: Indoor swimming pool Direct beach access via a scenic path Fully equipped gym Tennis court Outdoor ping-pong table On-site pub and shop Arcade and children's playground Other things to note The second bedroom features a versatile day bed. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would prefer it to be set up as a single bed or extended into a king-size bed. A high chair and travel cot are available for your use. Please request them if needed. The kitchen includes an under-counter fridge with a small ice box compartment. Parking is on a first-come first served basis and therefore we cannot guarantee a space nearby your accommodation. There is on resort support via reception most days 9am-5pm and security overnight 7pm to 6am usually. The Bay is a very dog-friendly resort but XL Bullies and banned breeds are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a lead/under control and grounds are generally open so this is not the place if you need an enclosed private garden.
