The space Please note that Sea Dunes is undergoing a large maintenance project, the Westside Project, that began in late January 2026 with the demolition of the hallway floors. The demolition work is expected to be completed in mid-March. Following demolition, the work will include new hallway flooring, railings, stucco repairs, waterproofing, and painting of the garage, continuing through September. The demolition phase is expected to be the most disruptive and the noisiest. After that, guests may encounter dust, noise, and lifts in the parking lot. Schedule and work details may vary, especially due to weather, so there are no guarantees about the nature of the work throughout this process. Also, no work is planned over weekends, from Friday 5:00 pm to Monday 8:00 am. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect a 30% discount to account for the potential inconvenience of this work. Our condo is among the largest in the building and features balconies in both bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a beautiful sunrise every morning! For those who prefer to sleep in, there are blackout curtains available. The kitchen has been expanded and is equipped for all your cooking needs. The spacious family room is quite comfortable and features a 65” Smart TV. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV as well. There is also a full-size washer and dryer. Community amenities include a pool, tennis courts, and pickleball. We provide beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for your convenience. Located on the southern end of Amelia Island, Sea Dunes is just one mile away from the Omni resort and offers beautiful walking trails and pristine beaches perfect for outdoor adventures. Guest access Guests will have private access to the condo and balconies. There is private beach access and a community pool, tennis courts and pickleball.
