The cottage is located right across from the best public beach in the Kawarthas - sandy base and gradual depth which is great for kids. Hot tub, Sauna, Pet Friendly, Trampoline, Canoe / Kayak, Foosball Table, BBQ, Fire Pit, Board Games and more! July and August we generally book Saturday to Saturday. Lower level: 1 bedroom plus den sleeping area, full bathroom and spacious recreation room with couches, TV, Air Hockey table, Foosball Table, Board Games and more. Total beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, Bunk Bed (double + twin), 2 double sofa beds Spacious enclosed backyard with BBQ, Fire Pit, Patio, Sauna, Hot Tub, Trampoline, Canoe, Kayak. Guest access 4 parking spots on the driveway. Our cottage is located right across the Sandy Lake public beach with the view of the lake from the property. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels, hand towels, blankets and pillows. Please bring your own bed linens, bath and beach towels and toiletries. Guest access Guests have full access to all the amenities of the cottage. Beautiful sandy lake beach is across the street.
