No 31 is a mid terraced house in the seaside town of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. Enjoy a short stroll along the sheltered promenade with scenic views of the bay. Don’t miss the dolphins that are regularly spotted from Newbiggin Bay, as well as whales, seals, otters and other wildlife. Artist Sean Henry’s sculpture ‘Couple’ has become an iconic quirk to Newbiggin’s coast, as the pair look out from Church Point towards the North Sea and are extremely photogenic against their stunning sunset backdrop. The space The mid terraced property provides a welcoming atmosphere and is a home away from home. The living room is light and airy and consists of a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine . The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, hanging rails and a dressing table. The second bedroom has two single beds with a hanging rail. The third bedroom has a single bed with a hanging rail.
