The condo boasts one bedroom, one bath, and a convenient pullout bed, comfortably accommodates four guests. Step outside onto the inviting deck equipped with a barbecue and outdoor seating. Indulge in the outdoor pool and hot tub, with breathtaking views of the channel and marina. The space Experience the ultimate comfort in the master bedroom on the luxurious king sized bed and a 50" smart TV mounted on the wall, providing you a private retreat to unwind and enjoy, if the kiddos or friends are sleeping on the pull out couch. The pull out couch is as big as a king size bed and super comfy! Use even when you want to enjoy watching movies! Step outside onto the cozy patio with ample seating to sip your morning coffee while enjoying the scenic mountain views! Guest access Guests are granted use of the pool and hot tub facilities and swim at their own risk. There is no life guard on duty and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. There is one parking spot available to guests. There are parking passes for visitor parking. Boat trailer parking must be secured with local storage facilities. Lakeside storage Red's Rentals Summit Storage Other things to note The Marina slip accommodates a 24ft boat. Guests must use their own mooring lines and use the slip at their own risk. Neither the home owner or property manager are responsible for theft or damage while your boat is moored in the Marina. The marina has key access only. Check-in time is between 4 - 10pm as guests must use the intercom upon arrival to gain access from the property manager. Once inside the condo, keys are provided for the front door. The home owner is a travelling nurse and has a separate entrance and own space. She does not have access to the unit. However, her space has a sliding door to the balcony. We have the balcony divided off so that it is private and she will not be using the balcony. She may from time to time be in her own unit.
