The Waterfront, Free Hoburne Passes

Located at the top of Kingfisher Lake we have a spacious lakeside 2-bedroom holiday home "The Waterfront". This holiday home is cheerful even on a gloomy day. This charming holiday home is suitable for all ages, ideal for a small family, the perfect place to spend quality time together, it is also pet friendly! The outside green is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor games. The space The Waterfront is spacious inside, it has an open plan layout, the kitchen is well equipped and neatly arranged. The triangular dining table with bench seating allows for a great view of the lake whilst dining. The Kitchen area has Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Coffee Machine. Cupboards are stocked with Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a large L shaped sofa in the lounge, it has a flat screen TV and electric heater with flame effect. The patio doors open out into the large decking area outside so you can enjoy the lake view and hopefully some sunshine. The main bedroom has a double bed, has its own private ensuite facilities. There is a separate modern shower room. The second bedroom is a standard twin room. Bedlinen for all beds are provided as well as towels. Towels must be kept inside, please bring your own towels for swimming. The Lounge sofa has a pull out sofa bed to sleep up to 2 extra people. We also provide: A small welcome refreshment pack so you can have a tea or coffee and biscuits when you arrive. A starter cleaning pack A loo roll for each toilet Hand soaps Small shower gels Salt, Pepper and Oil Discount vouchers for use in the local area. We welcome well behaved dogs (max 2 per property) they must be kept on a lead at all times when not inside the lodge, and not allowed into the bedroom areas.
