A penalty fee of €500 will be charged if smoking or drug use is detected. 🚬 The apartment building has a designated outdoor smoking area located in front of the building. If needed, we are happy to guide our guests to the nearest smoking area. 2. No Parties or Events Please respect the quiet hours and the neighbors. No loud music or parties allowed. 3. Maximum Occupancy Only the number of guests specified in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. 4. Respect the Property Please take care of the furniture and appliances.
