"The Eyrie" Your private Ocean View apartment

Private loft on beautiful ocean inlet with stunning sunset views and a hot tub. Spacious, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom carriage apartment with unique eclectic style. *NEW paddle boards* 45 mins to downtown. Located a short drive to two of the most gorgeous beaches Nova Scotia has to offer- Martinique and Clam harbour. You have access to a fire pit overlooking the ocean and bicycles. Cook up some seasonal lobster and enjoy nature. Come relax and enjoy the Eastern shore! The space The cozy loft is a carriage house and is on the second floor above the fully detached garage (we live next door if there is anything you need feel free to message us!). It has a large bedroom with a king sized bed, custom kitchen/living room, designated work space and large spacious bathroom with a walk in glass shower. Every piece of this apartment has been customized to our unique retro/eclectic style that is full of gorgeous views of the surrounding ocean inlet, forest and gardens. Fully appointed with books, games, movies, cookware, bicycles, fireplace, hot tub, paddle boards and gardens. Super welcoming and private the perfect spot to cozy up with a book or movie, watch the sunset, try some lobster or work from home in a new location. Guest access The apartment and grounds are all available for guests. The outdoor fire area and the kayaks/paddle boards are shared **Check the Nova Scotia fire map prior to using the fire pit area** Other things to note * Nova Scotia has a Fire Map of when and where we are allowed to have bonfires, the provincial fine for not following the restrictions is 25,000$. Please be safe, use the provided water bucket to put out your fire. Bonfires may take place until 10pm, when they must be extinguished. All water in the apartment is safe to drink. *Trash/compost/recycling is all sorted in NS and each bin is clearly labelled in the apartment for easy use.
