Welcome to “So Close” Costal Condo! Our condo is located at the popular Sea Coast Suites and is "so close" to everything, you only have a 1 minute walk to the beach or to "downtown" Surf City! You can walk to some of the best waterfront dining and shopping on the Island and relax with live music at several local beach bars. Once you arrive, park and unpack you will not have to leave until you are ready to go home. Not only is this condo in the perfect location but is also dog friendly! The space “So Close” coastal condo is in the popular Seacoast Suites located 250 feet from the beach access between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Dog Friendly - 2 dogs max - $100 Pet Fee for 1st dog, $50 for 2nd dog - Pet Fee requested after booking. • This condo has 1 full-size bathroom and 2 Bedrooms. • Maximum occupancy is 4 • There is a rollaway bed if needed. • All linens and towels are included! • Washer and dryer in the unit. • 3 Smart TV’s • Cable and Wi-Fi provided. • Free covered parking available for up to 2 vehicles, first come first serve. • Public EV charging station approx. 50 yards away. • Outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. • Luggage carts • Elevator We provide you with all you need to start off a relaxing vacation right: • Luxury bedding and bath towels. • Shampoo/conditioner /bath soap • Cooking essentials • A Keurig coffee maker and starter supply of k-cups and condiments Other things to note • Dogs must be disclosed and approved before a reservation is confirmed. • HOA has breed and size restrictions – brief questionnaire and a pet pic required. **Dog breeds NOT allowed in the complex include Pitbulls, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Great Dane, St. Bernards due to insurance limitations. • Fully housebroken dogs only • We allow up to 2 dogs under 40lbs. A non-refundable pet fee for the 1st dog is $100.00 and an additional $50 for the second dog. This fee takes care of regular expected clean up after your dog’s departure. Guests are responsible for all costs associated with excessive soil, staining, odor and/or damage should they occur. After the pet is approved we will send a separate requested through airbnb for the pet fee, per pet. **Pet Fee requested after booking**
