Linlithgow developed in the Middle Ages as a royal residence for Scottish Kings on the raised hill beside the Loch, as the site was a logical stop between Edinburgh to the east and Stirling to the West. The space Newly refurbished 2 bedroom house in the heart of Linlithgow town with a modern décor and private garden and free parking. The property is located in a quiet area of Linlithgow with walking distance to grocery store, Sainsbury's, M&S , Tesco, Aldi, B&M stores and many pubs and restaurants. The house is approximately 5 min walk to Linlithgow High Street , historic Linlithgow Palace and Loch. Our house consists of a comfortable lounge with open plan kitchen area and comfortable sofa and dining table. All furnitures brand new. The perfect place to chill out and watch the TV with Netflix installed. The kitchen has a fridge, Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery. Tea, coffee, sugar are provided as complementary. New beds with mattresses. Travel cot can be provided upon request. There is a full size bathtub and a shower available . In a bathroom you will find a washing machine and the tumble dryer . Please don't use the towels for removing the make up stuff. Cotton pads are provided in the container in the bathroom. (please don't flush them in the toilet) Back garden area is finished with composite decking. Equipped with garden furniture where you can seat and relax in the "Scottish sun" :) There is free super fast wi-fi throughout the property. IMPORTANT!! Please bear in mind that the stone garden area in front of the house belongs to our neighbours ,so be respectful and don't walk through to access our property. Please park your cars in the spaces just in front of you when entering the court if available (guests parking). Please don't use other residents spaces.
