The primary suite offers a king-size bed and mountain views, while the second bedroom includes two comfortable double beds, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The open-concept living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen create the perfect setting for relaxing after a day in the sun, whether you’re sharing a meal, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or simply taking in the views. During your stay, enjoy direct beach access, resort-style pools overlooking the ocean, a beautiful lobby, covered parking, and the convenience of elevator access directly to the residence. If you’re looking for a place where the views become part of the vacation, this is it. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. Other things to note Please review the following information before booking. Visitors are not allowed, and occupancy limits must be respected at all times. Registered guest must wear wristbands at all times. • Smoking, drug use, parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. • Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required during their stay. • Pets are not allowed. • Exterior security cameras are present for the safety of guests and the property. • Access wristbands and beach access cards must be returned upon check-out. Contrary to this it may incur replacement fees. • Baby equipment and beach gear are available upon request with advance notice. • Parking spaces are compact and will not accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
