It features a large 58m² outdoor area with a private, non-heated saltwater pool and an outdoor shower, where you can relax in the open air and soak up the sun while enjoying the atmosphere of the surroundings. This area is not especially adapted for children, so special care is recommended when staying with minors. Guest access The property offers 5 bedrooms: four on the upper floor, including the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and double bed, and one on the ground floor with two single beds that can be joined. There are three full bathrooms in total, two upstairs and one on the ground floor, which also provides access to the house. It features a fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living room, three large and comfortable sofas, an 85” Smart TV and a dining area with ocean views and direct access to the pool area. It also includes private parking for two cars. The property is fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, coffee maker, hand blender, hair dryer, bed linen and bath towels, as well as a baby cot and high chair. Other things to note There are stairs leading to the pool area, therefore extra supervision is recommended when staying with children. The swimming pool cannot be heated due to the large volume of water it holds.
