Modern and centrally located apartment

Lovely spacious apartment located in a perfectly central location with all amenities right on your doorstep, including parking and cctv. We typically rent to workers for min periods of a week or more. For workers we would recommend a maximum of 3-4 persons. For longer periods we can do a deal on price. The space The flat comprises of two double bedrooms, a cozy single bedroom, spacious living room which could be used as bedroom (please notify beforehand) and a traditional galley kitchen. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower. Guest access Key-code locker, code will be sent after booking. Other things to note Clean bed sheets and towels are provided. All we ask is that you take care of our home and to be respectful and considerate of our neighbours. Beds will be changed/refreshed once per week, towels twice per week and the flat cleaned regularly.
