The space Damson House is a spacious and stylish detached house, within the gated community of Brockhall Village. The perfect venue for companies looking for accomodation for groups working in the area, or multigenerational families visiting the stunning Ribble Valley. This spacious house offers 6 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bedroom and one shower room being located on the ground floor). The spacious and well equipped kitchen leads to the stunning, modern dining room which is perfect for cooking and socialising. Off the dining room is the conservatory games room, with the pool/table tennis table. This overlooks the patio and stunning, spacious garden. The lounge is a beautiful, carefully designed room that is perfect for relaxing after your busy day. Downstairs is bedroom 6. This offers a super king size bed, which is conveniently just across the hallway from a fully equipped downstairs shower room. Perfect for less mobile guests! Upstairs, off the spacious landing is the 4 piece main bathroom and 5 further double rooms. They are configured as- Bedroom 1 (Master)- Spacious super king size zip-lock bed with ample storage facilities, and a large ensuite offering a bath (with shower). Bedroom 2- Super king size zip-lock bed (which can, upon request, be seperated to create twin single beds) with ample storage facilities. Bedroom 3 -Twin single beds with ample storage facilities. Bedroom 4 -A spacious room offering a standard double bed with ample storage facilities. Bedroom 5 -A spacious room offering a standard double bed with ample storage facilities. Bedroom 6 (Downstairs)- Super king size zip-lock bed, So if you visit is for work or pleasure, book the spectacular Damson House!
