The spacious and elegant living room includes dining table and an open kitchen. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while a Dyson fan provides ventilation in the living room. The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning (in each bedroom), autonomous heating, wash&dryer machine, dishwasher, mid size oven, Nespresso and kettle. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Upon check-in the guest will be requested to sign a lease agreement. For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
