This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to all amenities. It is a 10 minute drive to down town Charlottetown and 20 minutes to the beach. Centrally located on PEI so you can make a day trip to either end to take in all that our beautiful Island has to offer. Our home has two living rooms with TVs, a large kitchen to make yourself at home in, plenty of bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Best place to relax and launch into summer on PEI. The space The main floor has a large kitchen, great room and living room that is all easy to access. On this floor you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom, an office, the laundry room and a main bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large, cozy tv room with a fireplace. Both floors are equipped with air conditioning, streaming services will be available and we’ve left a selection of books and games for some family fun. Guest access You are free to use all open rooms. We have closed our storage room and there is no access to the garage. We ask that you contact us if you have any issues that require maintenance in the utility room downstairs.
