Carolina Breeze Townhouse is a chic 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home that has 2 decks that you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and views of the ocean from the top deck. Amenities include a community pool, private beach access across the street, and a community park with basketball courts, play equipment and dock leading out to the waterway where you can fish, crab and enjoy the Carolina sunsets. Rent bikes or walk a short distance to the Surf City pier for shopping, fishing, food, and fun! The space 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Maximum Occupancy 6 Crosswinds at Turtle Cove Community with Private Beach Access and swimming pool. Rents 4 day minimum weekly May-August. 3 Day minimum during the rest of the year. Keyless entry, code is changed with each new guest No Pet Policy. Owners do bring their dogs during the off season and the home is deep cleaned each time. Salty Cove Townhouse is a wonderful 2 story vacation home just south of the heart of Surf City, NC. Relax and enjoy the coastal vibes throughout this cozy home or sit on one of the 2 decks with coffee, a glass of wine, or dinner and enjoy the ocean breeze . The Kitchen is well stocked with what you need to feel like home with granite counters, all stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine and a bar seating area that flows into the dining area and living room with a first floor deck that has a swing and a dining table with 4 chairs. The home also has a brand new full size washer and dryer. If you aren't at the community private access beach which is just a short walk away, you can enjoy the swimming pool ( opens Memorial Day-Labor Day) that is located behind this unit, or the nearby community park just across the street with a playground, picnic area and basketball court. There is also a boardwalk out to the sound where you can fish, crab or view the beautiful Carolina sunsets. You will be able to rest easy in two nice size bedrooms, each have a full bathroom, and large TV. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. Master bedroom has a King Bed, TV, private bathroom, and balcony that has views of the ocean. Second bedroom has a bunk bed with a top twin mattress and full mattress on bottom with a pull out trundle. This room also has a large TV, and private bathroom. The living room has a full size pull-out sofa and a half bath. Fresh linens which include sheets and towel sets for the maximum capacity will be available upon your arrival and is included in your cleaning fee. Designated parking directly under the unit for 2 cars only. Guest parking available . Wireless high speed internet Outdoor shower with hot water Guest access Keyless entry with unique code change with each check in Other things to note Due to the nature of the coastal weather we will not issue a refund due to unfavourable weather unless the island is evacuated due to a hurricane. I would recommend purchasing vacation insurance. The Pool is ran by the HOA. Occasionally the pool is closed due to unforeseeable circumstances. I am not responsible for this closure but will do my best to keep you posted of when the pool may reopen. I will not issue a refund if for some reason the pool is closed during your stay. Thank you.
