Located on the 5th floor of a typical Parisian building, without elevator and ideally nestled in Rue Gambey, this 17 m2 studio offers an authentic experience of Parisian life. Access to public transport is ideal, allowing you to move easily around the city: Oberkampf or Parmentier metro within 5 minutes walk, République metro within 10 minutes walk and several bus lines within 2 minutes walk. The space I live here year-round. I make my studio available for guests who want to experience the City of Light in a typical Parisian apartment. As soon as you walk through the door, you will arrive in a hallway serving the separate toilet and the bathroom and will be greeted by a cleverly designed space to maximize comfort in a limited space. The studio is tastefully decorated, combining elegance and functionality to create a warm and welcoming place. The main room is equipped with a comfortable double bed 140 x 200, sheets included, guaranteeing peaceful nights after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchenette will allow you to cook or reheat your dishes at your convenience. A kettle and Nespresso coffee machine are available, with complimentary tea and coffee pods. A Super U supermarket is 50 meters away, allowing you to easily do extra shopping. The private bathroom is compact but modern, with everything you need for your comfort: bath towels, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. Although located on the 5th floor, the effort to climb the stairs will quickly be rewarded by the tranquility and privacy that this place offers. The large windows of the studio offer views of the rooftops of Paris, adding a touch of charm to your stay. The prime location on Rue Gambey will allow you to fully enjoy the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood, with many bars, cafés and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Ideally, you can easily visit the iconic Marais district, which is within walking distance. Many tourist areas such as Montmartre, Opera, Louvre are very easily accessible by transport. Guest access After a door secured by code that will be communicated a few days before your arrival, the studio is on the 5th floor accessible by stairs (no elevator). I will welcome you to give you the keys and can advise you on visits and iconic places to do.
