Perfect views of the lake and great summer sunsets Lower Patio: Firepit and more outdoor dining space Bathroom - shower/toilet to use after time spent on the lake (don't have to access the home to enter) Lakefront: Small section of sand for kids to play, and dock (boat is not available for guests) Guest access Access to the entire home except - garage, and a few closets in the home which contains the owners personal items. Guests are welcome to hang out on the dock; however the boat is not available for use. Other things to note The driveway and the pea gravel area to the right of the driveway is the only parking available. Please do not use the street to park and do not park on the easement across the street.
