It is attached to a 3-bedroom main house, 2,850 square feet. Both the guest suite and the main house have each separate entrances. Guest access Entrance of the guest suite is on the left side of the house, next to the small car-garage. Please input a 6-8 digits code that that host provides for the Schlage key pad on the entry door to open the door. Lock it, you just touch the lock button at the bottom right of the keypad. Other things to note When requesting to book, I would like to see your profile completely filled out and let me know about your stay. I would like to know who will be staying and do not accept anonymous guests. After booking, I will email you a rent application to fill out (no need your credit information and banking since you paid through Airbnb). This is a 600 sf guest suite (in-law suite), and its entrance is on the left side of the house. You can enjoy a cup of coffee or eating outside at the courtyard with a table and two chairs at the suite entrance. A door next to the kitchenette with a key lock separates the main house and the guest suite. That door will be unlocked for someone who rents both the main house and the guest suite total 3,427 sf. The main house entrance is on the right side of the house. Guest(s) of the main house will use the backyard. Please abstain from eating and drinking in bed. Please take care of the guest suite and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. Please turn off AC/Heater, all lights and appliances before leaving the house. No parties allowed. No smoking is allowed. Visitor is not allowed. Please keep your TV/music volume soft. *** Guest travel with pet: We require pet liability insurance in case your pet accidentally bites other people, pet's license, and vaccine certificate. We allow one small pet (less than 25 lb); well-trained. Pet Cleaning Fee: $250. Monthly pet rent: $50 for each pet.
