The property that the house sits on might be the most peaceful spot on earth. Tiny house means just that, it’s TINY, approximately 180 square feet. Owners live on site. The space Tiny house has shower, toilet, coffee maker, small fridge, and full size pull out futon. House has no cook top but there is a Weber grill right out side. Beautiful fire pit 50’ from Tiny house. Guest access Guest are welcome to walk up to main house and barn to say hi to horses and chickens. Other things to note Tiny house is located 10 minutes from historic Woodstock square. Woodstock is so charming they filmed Groundhog Day and parts of Plane, Trains, and Automobiles there. Historic Richmond Ill. And Lake Geneva are just 30 minutes away.
